On-road Customer Service Support

Wilderness Motorhomes is on the lookout for a dynamic and customer focused superstar who thrives on being the go-to person for our guests, who are here on their NZ adventure.  

In this role, you will be the first port of call answering our guests' phone calls and email inquiries, providing them with support and assistance to help them achieve their dream holiday plans. Your ability to empathise and problem-solve for our guests will be valuable skills in this on-road support position. This is an exciting opportunity where no two days will ever be the same!

What we need from you
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for as well as at least 2 years experience in customer services or a call center role
  • Energy, positivity and a team player approach
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Current full driver's license to be able to drive our vehicles and transport guests

The hours of this role are 8 am - 5 pm and are based on a roster, which needs to provide coverage across a 7-day working week.
