Due to growth and an internal promotion we now have an exciting opportunity in our Head Office for an experienced Receptionist/ Accounts Payable member. Your key responsibilities will be to provide an efficient service to internal/ external customers, suppliers and staff by promptly responding to all telephone and reception enquiries and to provide accounts payable support contributing to the wider administration team.

As Health and Safety is paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with best practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits. This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as well as provide first class customer service.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a strong, clear and proactive communicator, have good analytical skills, and have at least 3-4 years' recent experience in a similar role, your role will be based at our Reception desk where you will be the first point of call for all customers and suppliers so your personal presentation and a personable demeanor will be second to none

Although this role will be based away from our administration staff the team is very tight knit and supportive, you will be able to work autonomously at times as well as in a team, able to display a strong work ethic, have experience working to strict deadlines ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently be familiar with MS Office suite, show a good use of initiative and have a current NZ drivers licence.
