We are the only authorised Yamaha Service Agent for Invercargill, and we're looking for a suitably experienced manager to join our team. You might come from an automotive background and be looking for a change, or you might be a qualified marine technician. Either way, if you've got experience supervising others, a great personality, loads of initiative, strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills, then we'd love to speak to you!

You will ensure the effective and professional management of the Service Centre including taking bookings for services, fit ups and repairs, the full rigging of retail sales boats, ordering parts and consumables. Planning and managing the Service Centre workload and ensuring that work is appropriately scheduled for the Service Centre staff. As the ideal candidate you will have:

• Strong organisational ability and experience managing others' workloads
• A general mechanical or electrical qualification and/or relevant work experience in automotive or marine industry
• A passion for boats
• Ability to cope well under pressure, sometimes we are working tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and self-managing

Support with relocating to Invercargill is available. We have great schooling, affordable housing and a wide range of outdoor activities right on our back doorstep, including Te Anau, Stewart Island, and Queenstown all within easy access. This will be a move you won't regret!
