Class 4 Metro Driver - Christchurch

StraitNZ Freight Forwarding offer a complete end to end transport solution for general and bulk freight transportation nationwide. We provide a customer orientated, cost effective service with our modern fleet of vehicles, effectively trained drivers and experienced management and administration teams.

We are seeking an experienced Class 4 Metro Driver to join our busy Christchurch depot.

You will be working Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.30pm, plus rostered weekends. 

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Have excellent knowledge of the Christchurch & greater Canterbury area
  • Physically fit
  • A clean and safe driving record
  • Good understanding, awareness and ownership of Health & Safety in the workplace
  • A current DG and F endorsement on your license 
  • OSH Forklift certification would be an advantage
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team
