Alliance Group is seeking a Safety Advisor with a strong field management experience to join our team on a permanent and full-time role at our Lorneville Plant. You will work with the team to manage critical risk related projects and assist with the achievement of world class safety performance across the Lorneville site.


You will be the kind of person who:
  • Proven networking experience
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability of self management
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software, including MS project
  • Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices
  • Tertiary qualification in safety or engineering or other similar/relevant field of study
  • Experience in operational health & safety in high risk industrial environments 3 - 5 years
  • Proven experience in managing projects for critical risk
  • Demonstrated success in promoting behavioural change
