To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Must hold an ECE qualification and be a NZ certified ECE Educator
- Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate
- High degree of resilience & emotional intelligence
- Have experience in a leadership position, either as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or Head Teacher
- A sound track record of financial/budget management
- A good understanding of HR processes
- Strong commercial/business acumen
